Randolph Hostel Room 311

It was great for me. Positive: I liked the staff very much, they are very friendly, the rooms are clean, my only priority is cleanliness, it was perfectly nice, I was very satisfied, the price is normal The location of the hotel is perfect, there is an entertainment venue under the lake, there are seating places outside, so it is really worth a five-star hotel. Negative: My misfortune is that the hot water is not working, I think it was in maintenance, I could not take a bath during my stay, this was very bad for me, if I was washing clothes, new washing machines would come, they would be installed, so during my stay, I could neither wash clothes nor take a bath, these are my only problems.

Big disappointment Negative: They didn't honor my handicap request for a bottom floor they said they had two rooms and to take my pick I get there I'm in a wheelchair I can't get up three flights of stairs I didn't even go inside the room and I'm so disappointed they said it was because of third party and they could not give me my money back therefore I would never use them again

Negative: There was no tv remote in the room tried numerous times to reach the hotel and got no response called 3 times left two voice mails and text with no response.

Positive: I enjoyed the access to TV microwave and fridge in my room. Unfortunately the wifi wouldn't connect

Positive: Cleaning wasn't completed when checked.in. Staff was nice and apologetic. Place could be cleaner outside
